Barkley takes the win at CMDRA Medicine Hat and resets Pro Street track record!

Hot off his recent 6 second passes down in the USA, Ethan was back home and racing with the CMDRA at "The Strip" in Medicine Hat. Barkley goes 6.84 @ 207mph at XDA in Virginia!

Picking up where he left off at Indy, Ethan was more focused than ever to be the first Canadian to go in the 6's on Pro Street bike. On Saturday he qualified in 13th with a 7.01@ 200. Barkley runs 7.05 / 203mph and finishes runner-up at NHDRO Indianapolis!

Ethan figured he should venture to the USA in search of the best track prep and a healthy dose of competition. He entered the NHDRO's APE Summer Celebration event at Lucas Oil Raceway, Indianapolis! It was an epic weekend as he posted a new career best E.T. of 7.05 and top speed of 203 MPH with a runner-up finish to cap it all off!Click the image to read the full report.

Early season testing at the Rimbey Rumble2!

Eleanor received a host of upgrades over the off-season and with the first CMDRA event being cancelled Ethan took the opportunity to run at the ODRA series event in Rimbey July 27-28. Barkley takes his Bagger to the track!

With the lack of participation in the CMDRA's Pro Street class for 2019, Ethan decided to race his 2015 Harley Davidson Street Glide Special at the CMDRA's event in Kelowna July 6-7. Ethan made the most of his opportuntiy to race "Down Under" at the 52nd Annual Winternationals! He qualified 5th and won his opening round but the engine exprired thus unable to make the semi-finals pass. Click the image to read the full report.

Ethan graciously accepted the once in a lifetime opportunity to race in Australia. Good friend and fellow racer, Leith Darrach has lent Ethan his turbo Hayabusa for a couple of weeks. Barkley qualifies #1 at Season Finals and wins his 18th National Title!

Ethan was looking for a stellar track in order to set some new records at the CMDRA Season Finals but mother nature had other plans. Rain Friday night through to Saturday morning made for a slick track in afternoon qualfiying but he still managed 7.47/190 for top spot. Sunday was a rain-out. Another win for Barkley at the Badlands Nationals!

Once again Ethan was at the top of his class in all three qualification rounds posting a string of great runs; 7.46, 7.49 & 7.45. On Sunday he took the event win with a new Pro Street track record of 7.3 /190 MPH! Barkley dominates Northern Nationals!

Ethan wasted little time at Northern Lights Raceway and was immediatly the man to catch in the CMDRA's High Level Motor Products Pro Street class. Off the trailer he was over half a second ahead of his competition, and was the quickest and fastest for each of the three rounds of qualifying. Rain-Out at the Oil City Nationals!

Ethan had high hopes coming into the second event of the 2018 CMDRA National Series held at Castrol Raceway in Edmonton. After struggling early on with a very poor track he managed to qualify #2 with a 7.64 / 182. He made it past the first round on Sunday with a 7.62/183 but the rains came during the semi-finals and the race was stopped. Click the image to read the full report.

After a long off-season Ethan was back aboard his turbocharged GSX-R1000. The opening stop on the CMDRA 2018 ciurcut was the Summer National's at Central Alberta Raceways where Ethan had a tough weekend but managed to qualify #2 and take home runner up in the finals.
