Barkley to debut the new Airframe Carbon Lifeform Helmet

Eight time C.M.D.R.A. Champion Ethan Barkley has exclusively used ICON protective equipment for the last two years. When racing at speeds approaching 200 mph. safety is number one, and Ethan's helmet of choice has always been the ICON Airframe series. For 2010 ICON has upped the ante by producing the Airframe Carbon Lifeform. Weighing a mere 1450 grams, it is one of the lightest helmets on the market. By incorporating their unique dry moulding technology, exact placement of the carbon material is assured. This process provides a reinforced structure without adding any unneccesary weight. Upon hearing of the new helmet Barkley said "The fit and high speed stability of ICON's Airframe series has always been second to none, and now weighing just over 3lbs, that's simply icing on the cake!".
